Henrik Gisløv is primarily attached to the company law/M&A department and the litigation department, and he handles matters within commercial and company law as well as within M&A. Henrik represents clients in lawsuits as well as in arbitration proceedings over commercial issues, including disputes arising out of mergers and acquisitions, bank and financing issues, transfer agreements, shareholders’ agreements, etc.
Henrik has represented clients in cases before the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen, district courts, the Western and the Eastern High Courts in Denmark, the Danish Institute of Arbitration, the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board, and the ICC and the LCIA.
Before Henrik Gisløv joined Andersen Partners, he worked as legal counsel at the secretariat of the Danish Institute of Arbitration where he was engaged in the Institute's national and international arbitration proceedings, including M&A, shareholders' agreements, agency and distribution agreements, etc.
Henrik Gisløv also acts as an arbitrator.
Henrik expects to complete his LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution at Queen Mary University London in 2020.
